Returns and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order you have just placed – please call us immediately. We will gladly cancel any accidental orders free of charge that have not yet begun processing. All orders ship in record breaking speed and once your order is processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We are proud to offer quick, simple, and easy returns with no restocking fees! For returns or cancellation of an order, please email us as soon as possible.

We guarantee to replace or repair any items that arrive broken, defective, or suffer damage during shipping.

All return requests and order disputes must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once a return has been authorized, items must be received within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged. If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When returning a package to our facilities, customers must obtain and provide tracking information to ensure proper delivery of your item. We also highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as well as using verified shipping services. Please do not mail items back to us without prior contact. All return packages must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package with your return authorization number to be efficiently processed.

Refunds are made only to verified credit cards, Paypal accounts, or otherwise are given in the form of store credit.

For order disputes, late delivery, missing packages, or other order related issues, please email us immediately at info@thefestivalsociety.co.nz We utilize trusted third party expediting companies, and final decisions will be based on the outcome of their research and analysis of each package. Once your order has been processed, Shipping and Handling Costs cannot be refunded.

To prevent issues, please contact us before ordering if you have any confusion.

Although it is a very rare occurrence, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be effected by out-of-stock items, pricing errors, shipping errors, or any unforeseen issues. You will be contacted if any of these issues arise.

*Note: No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations can be made for orders including customized or custom built products of any nature.

*Incorrect Address: Orders submitted with an incorrect address and returned to sender will be processed as a return. Thus, shipping cannot be refunded and a restocking fee will apply. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Free Shipping Over $85! We currently only offer shipping to New Zealand and offer free shipping to anywhere in New Zealand for order subtotals exceeding $85.00 (NZD)

To qualify for any free shipping services, your order subtotal must exceed the indicated amount after all discounts and coupons and prior to all taxes, and shipping.
All Order ship within 48 hours! Even on Saturdays!*
Orders will be shipped via NZ Post. Your shipping service will be determined based on your orders total weight after packaging.
You must select the free shipping option at checkout. No refunds of shipping cost can be made if free shipping is not selected at the time of order.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Prior to using this website- I fully agree to the terms set forth here: Under no circumstances will the seller The Festival Society LTD hereby referred to as “Festival Society” & all affiliates) be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of Festival Society products.

I understand that the use of “Kaleidoscope Glasses”, “Diffraction Glasses” among all Festival Society products can be a hazardous activity. I understand the use of these products includes numerous risks of injury. Festival Society products can be dangerous toys if used improperly. Festival Society is not responsible for any injuries or damages that can result from any of the products sold on TheFestivalSociety.co.nz, any of its affiliates, or produced by Festival Society.

I hereby release from any legal liability Festival Society including its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability for damage, injury or death to myself, my minor children or any other person or property resulting the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of such equipment and any claim based upon negligence, breach of warranty, contract or legal theory accepting myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage, injury or death which may result. This also applies to any minors whom I supply with these products.

I further agree that any and all liability of Festival Society including its owners, agents and employees resulting from the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of this equipment shall be limited to the purchase price of any such equipment. Festival Society products are not intended for use in breaking the law. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and the buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller and to hold the Seller harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment purchased.

I acknowledge that my email address will be added to the Festival Society email list. In which, occasional promotions and customer information details may be sent. I may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email sent, or by contacting Festival Society. Under no circumstances will my email address be shared with any third party.

I have carefully read this Agreement and Release of Liability and fully understand its content. I understand that it provides a comprehensive release of liability as to me, my minor children, if any, and all others to whom I may supply the equipment. This Agreement and Release of Liability may not be added or altered except by the written agreement assigned by Festival Society. It is not intended to assert any claim or defense which applicable law prohibits. Rights of parties may vary from state to state.

By accessing the Festival Society website you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please exit this site immediately. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.
